4. CHECK POINT & ACTION PROCESS　

　If the device exists in the carrier

• If the Teaching of ULD Index Robot is not correct.
  → Adjust the teaching of the ULD index robot.

• If the VSC Level does not exceed the set value.
  → Check the Picker Pad.
  → Check the Air Hose.
  → Check if the fitting is loose.
  → Check the vacuum ejector.

• If the Picker Cylinder of Index Robot does not come down.
  → Check if the length of the Air Hose is sufficient.

　
　If the device does not exist in the carrier

• If the teaching of LD Index Robot is not correct.
  → Adjust the teaching of the LD index robot.

• If there is something in the LD Hear Pusher.
  → Remove any foreign objects.

• If jams occur consecutively at the same location.
  → Check the carrier.
